Delicious Dining Experience

Each meal was fantastic, and I was especially impressed by the beautiful presentation of the birthday cake they prepared for my wife. Amazing Pool Areas

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable, with exceptional customer service and a fantastic beachfront view from the room. The facilities, including the pools and the layout, truly enhanced our experience. However, the dining situation in the club lounge was chaotic and not ideal for adults. Overall, while it was a pleasant getaway, some areas need improvement, especially regarding the dining experience.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. The room was newly renovated with a stunning view from the balcony, though the TV had a minor issue. Dining at Niji was a treat, but the sushi could use some improvement. Overall, great service but the restaurant quality has declined a bit. Worth every penny for the hospitality though!

Returning to the Hyatt Regency Guam felt like coming home after a few years away. The location is unbeatable, right by a beautiful beach, and the staff truly makes the experience special. While we missed our favorite Club Lounge due to typhoon repairs, the friendly team and great service helped make up for it. We loved the expansive pool area, but the dining options were a little limited. Overall, it’s a fantastic resort, and we can't wait for our next stay.
